# Reports

> Review Analysis results and download a PDF for a completed run.

Reports help you share a dated view of a Project's measurements. **Analysis History** holds completed Analyses, where you can review a run and download its PDF report. The download uses the current report rendering for that Analysis; it is not a frozen PDF stored when the run first completed.

## Download a report

    In the Project, open **Dashboard → Analysis History** and select a completed Analysis.

  <Step title="Review the scope">
    Check the Analysis date and its available results. A report describes that run's measured Prompts and AI Platforms.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose sections">
    Use the PDF download control. Where offered, choose the sections to include before downloading.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Share with context">
    Tell recipients which Project and Analysis the report covers. Explain any important changes in Prompt coverage or tracked Competitors when comparing it with another run.

## Email frequency

In the Project's **Settings → Project → Reports**, eligible Plans can choose how often PDF reports and emails are sent. This is separate from the AI Analysis schedule. The available frequencies and notification controls depend on the Project's Plan.

## Read a report responsibly

Use the response evidence behind Mentions and Citations when a Metric changes. Share of Voice counts Brand mentions within the competitive pool; Citation share counts source links. Neither alone shows that a particular Article or Website fix caused the movement.
