A **Blog Post** is an Article intended for a blog destination. Content Studio can help you create one from a Content Opportunity or your own topic. Review the draft before using a connected publishing destination. ## Step 1: Choose the topic Open **Content Studio → Content Gaps** and read an Opportunity's evidence and Content Brief, if available. Choose a topic that fits your Brand and Market. You can also begin from your own topic when the creation control offers that option. ## Step 2: Create an Article Start the draft from the Opportunity or your topic. If a Brief is still preparing, return after it is ready so the draft can use that context. Find the result under **Content Studio → Articles**. ## Step 3: Perform an editorial review Read the whole Article in **Content Studio → Articles**. Check factual claims against current sources, verify links and examples, and remove claims you cannot support. Edit the draft or ask Sira for a specific revision. Check the title, headings, images, formatting, Brand voice, and intended Market and audience. Ask your publication owner to approve the final text before a live publishing action. For example, if the Article compares two products, verify each feature and price against the current source. Remove a comparison you cannot substantiate; a polished draft is not a fact check. ## Step 4: Choose the publishing mode Open the Article's publishing dialog and select a connected destination. Review the controls carefully: * **Publish** can make the Article live on the connected destination, including WordPress and Shopify. Complete the review before selecting it. * For **WordPress**, turn on **Save as WordPress draft** to send it to WordPress for a separate editorial review without making it live. Confirm the selected connection belongs to the intended site or store. Choose the mode your team approved before confirming. Check any metadata and media in the destination; the generated Article may still need work there. ## Step 5: Verify what happened Read the publishing result. If the Article is live, open its **Published URL** and confirm the page renders as expected on the intended site. Check **Content Studio → Published Content** for the confirmed live record. If you sent a WordPress draft, open it in WordPress, complete the team's review, and publish it there when approved. Verify its live URL before treating it as **Published Content**. ## Step 6: Observe later measurements Review later Analyses for the relevant Prompt and AI Platforms, and inspect the actual response text and source links.
