# Choose the questions worth tracking

> Review Suggested prompts, add your own, and archive questions that no longer matter.

> [!NOTE]
>
> **Goal:** Keep a Prompt Library of customer questions worth checking in AI answers.
>
> **Who it's for:** People setting up or cleaning the questions a Project tracks.
>
> **Video:** About 49 seconds.

## Before you start

Open the correct Project and identify the customer questions you want to track. Reading an answer requires an analysis result for that Prompt.

## Steps

**1. Open Prompts**

Prompts are the questions you want to track in AI answers. Use questions your customers really ask, not just your brand name.

**2. Read Active**

Active lists every question you track, with results right in the table. Topic and intent group similar questions together.

**3. Review Suggested**

Need ideas? Open Suggested. Each one says why it was suggested. Add the ones that matter and dismiss the rest.

**4. Add your own**

Add prompts lets you write your own, generate ideas, or paste a list. Check the wording before you save. Only track questions you care about.

**5. Archive what no longer matters**

Archive questions you don't need anymore. You can restore them any time.

## Expected result

Active lists the questions you chose to track, with topic and intent. Archived questions stay separate, and you can restore them later.

> Sign in first. Then open your Project and go to Prompts. Review each suggestion before adding it.

## If you get stuck

If an answer is missing, check that the Prompt is active and has been included in a completed analysis.
