# FAQ

> Answers about measurement, Projects, billing, and integrations.

For a problem with a specific Project, see [Common issues](/troubleshooting/common-issues) or email [info@videntic.com](mailto:info@videntic.com).

## Measurement

### Does a Brand Mention mean its Website was cited?

No. A **Mention** is a reference to the Brand in the prose of an AI Response. A **Citation** is a source link. An answer can mention a Brand without linking to its Website, or cite a page without mentioning the Brand in the prose. [Share of Voice](/metrics/share-of-voice) is based on Mentioning Responses; Citation Share is based on attributed Citations.

### What does AI Visibility measure?

AI Visibility measures how often planned AI Platform responses mention your Brand, averaged equally across Platforms in scope. It does not measure Website traffic, revenue, or Citations. Open the underlying AI Responses to understand a change in the number. See [AI Visibility](/metrics/ai-visibility-score).

### Are Prompts actual customer searches or search-volume estimates?

No. A Prompt is a question your Project deliberately tests with AI Platforms. It can be based on customer language or suggested from Project context, but one measured Prompt does not tell you how many people asked that question in the real world. Review the wording and source shown in the Prompt Library, and use your own customer research when deciding which questions matter. Analysis counts are not search volume.

### Which AI Platforms are measured?

The Platforms available depend on your Project's Plan and settings. The current paid Plan configuration includes ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. Check the Project's AI Platform settings before comparing results across Projects.

### How often are Analyses and Reports produced?

These have separate schedules. Basic Projects have a twice-weekly Analysis schedule. Paid higher Plans can have daily Analyses, while report delivery frequency is selected separately where the Plan permits. Check **Analysis History** in the Project for actual Analyses and **Settings → Project → Reports** for report delivery settings.

### Can I run an Analysis manually?

Use **Run analysis** where it is available in the Project. Before starting another, check Analysis History for a run already in progress. Plan access and current run state can affect whether the action is available.

### When will a new Article change AI Visibility or Citations?

There is no reliable number of days or Analyses. An AI Platform must discover and use the content, and future responses must be captured for the relevant Prompts. Check that the Article is live and accessible, then compare later Analyses using the same Market, Prompt coverage, and AI Platforms. A change is an observation, not proof that the Article caused it.

## Projects and people

### Can teammates use the same Workspace?

Yes. A Workspace Owner or Admin can invite members from Workspace settings and set their Project Access. Give each person access to the Projects they need. A report recipient does not automatically become a Workspace member.

### Can an agency manage multiple Projects?

Yes. A Workspace can contain multiple Projects, and agency billing may use a shared Prompt pool. Check the relevant Workspace and Project Billing screens before assuming the limits on one Project apply to another.

### Can I delete my data?

Ask [info@videntic.com](mailto:info@videntic.com) about deletion of your Project or Workspace and the applicable retention process. Cancelling a Project Subscription is a separate billing action; do not rely on cancellation as a deletion request.

## Billing

### Is there a free trial?

Videntic may offer a Trial when you choose a Plan. The current standard Trial duration in the product is three days. Check the Plan selection and Billing screens for the offer and end date that apply to your Project; Setup Access before subscription is not a Trial.

### Can I change Plans later?

For a self-serve Project, use **Settings → Billing**. Upgrades take effect when the change succeeds; downgrades are scheduled for renewal. Enterprise billing is managed through the Videntic team. See [Managing your subscription](/billing/managing-your-subscription).

### What if a payment fails?

Your self-serve Project can keep its current access while the payment is being retried. That retry window is the Payment Grace Period. Update your payment method through the Billing page's **Manage** action or contact [info@videntic.com](mailto:info@videntic.com) if you need help.

### Where can I find an invoice?

Open the Project's Billing area. Recent invoices have a **View invoice** action when a link is available. The **Manage** action opens the Stripe Customer Portal for a self-serve subscription.

## Integrations and content

### Which publishing systems can I connect?

Open **Settings → Integrations** in the relevant Project to see the Connections currently offered to you. The [integration guide](/integrations/overview) lists the publishing, data, and messaging options and links to setup steps. Availability can depend on your Plan, Project, and feature rollout.

### Does Videntic connect to Google Analytics?

Yes. The **Traffic (Google)** integration can connect Google Analytics and Google Search Console. After authorizing Google, choose the relevant property for your Project and check its sync status. A connected authorization alone does not mean data has finished syncing.

### Will Videntic publish an Article automatically?

Connecting a CMS does not publish an Article by itself. Review the Article and destination before sending it. The **Publish** action can make an Article live; WordPress offers a separate draft-only option. Read the confirmation and check the result in the CMS.
