Start with a useful request
1
Choose the Project
Open Chat with Sira from the Project navigation. Check that the conversation is about the intended Project.
2
Give a specific question
Name the topic, Prompt, Competitor, page, or Finding you want to discuss. Tell Sira what decision or output you need.
3
Add context when needed
Attach a relevant source from the Knowledge Base, or provide the information in your message. A Knowledge Source is context for the work; check whether its claims are current and accurate.
4
Review the response
Check cited evidence, assumptions, and proposed actions. Ask a follow-up in the same Conversation to narrow or correct the result.
Example requests
- “Compare my latest AI Visibility with the previous Analysis. Which Prompts changed, and what evidence supports the difference?”
- “Summarize this Technical Audit Finding for a developer, including the affected URL and the check to rerun after deployment.”
- “Turn this Content Brief into an Article draft. Flag claims that need a source before publication.”
Best practices
Use one specific Project question at a time. If the answer refers to a Metric, ask which Analysis and observations it used. Treat generated copy as a draft: verify facts, links, rights, and Brand voice before sharing or publishing it. A Conversation can help plan work without proving that a proposed action will improve future AI Visibility. The Project’s access, Plan, and any available feature rollouts determine which Sira actions can be used. Check the controls shown in your Project before relying on a particular workflow.Work with Sira
