The Webflow Integration sends Articles from Content Studio to a Webflow CMS collection. A Webflow account Connection can be shared across a Workspace, while each Project selects its own site and collection.

Set up the Connection

1

Open Webflow

In the intended Project, go to Settings → Integrations → Webflow. Choose Connect Webflow, then authorize the Webflow account that can access the intended site.
2

Select the Project site

Choose the Webflow site for this Project. If the authorized account only exposes one site, Videntic may select it automatically. Check the displayed site before continuing.
3

Map the collection

Choose the CMS collection and confirm its field mapping in the card. The site selection and collection mapping are both needed before sending an Article.
The card also offers Connect with token. In Webflow, create a site API token with CMS and Sites read/write access, then enter it in Videntic. A token replacing a shared account Connection must cover every site already connected to that Workspace.

Verify before using it for real content

Open an Article in Content Studio, review its facts, links, images, and destination, then send it using the Webflow option. Inspect the resulting CMS item in Webflow, including its field values and publication state. Do not infer that an Article is live from the Connection’s Connected badge alone. If no site appears, check that the authorized account or token can access it. If a collection or field is missing, inspect the collection schema in Webflow and update the mapping in Videntic. When changing sites, review the collection mapping again because it belongs to the selected site.
