Goal: Find a subject AI answers may have wrong, and record your review without expecting the answer to change by itself.Who it’s for: People reviewing Perception Actions. Review the evidence before changing a subject’s status.Video: About 35 seconds.

Before you start

Open a Perception subject with evidence to review. Have a reliable source ready if you need to confirm or dispute a claim.
The video uses an example Project. The subject in the video is the Narvik route. Marking something resolved records your review. It does not rewrite an AI answer.

Steps

1

Start from Actions

Perception shows where AI gets your brand wrong. Start with Actions to see what needs attention.
2

Read the evidence label

Verified wrong, disputed and negative framing aren’t the same. A negative opinion isn’t automatically a mistake.
3

Open the subject

Open a subject, like the Narvik route. See which sources the answers cite and which engines say it. Then check it against the real facts.
4

Set the subject status

Use the status to track your progress. Mark resolved is just your note. It doesn’t change what the AI says.
5

Keep the source with the answer

Pick one clear issue, then fix it with content or reach out to the sources.

Expected result

You have read the evidence label, the claim, the repeating answers, and the cited sources for one subject, and the subject status records your review.

Open in Videntic

Sign in first. Then open your Project and go to Perception. Review Perception Actions.

If you get stuck

If the evidence is incomplete, inspect the original answer and source before changing the status. Recording a review does not change an AI answer by itself.

Trace a claim back to its answer

Open the question, answer, and source behind a claim.
