Goal: Create a draft Article from a content opportunity and revise one passage before you save it.Who it’s for: People reviewing a draft Article. Nothing is published automatically.Video: About 48 seconds.

Before you start

Open Content Studio in the correct Project. Choose the opportunity or Article you want to work on. To publish directly, you need a connected publishing destination.
This recording uses demonstration data. The topic in the video is seat reservations with an Interrail pass in Sweden.

Steps

1

Start from the opportunity

Start with the topic you chose. The example in the video covers seat reservations with an Interrail pass in Sweden.
2

Let Sira write it

Choose Let Sira write it. Sira already has the topic and research, so you don’t start from a blank page.
3

Read the draft

When the draft is ready, read it. Check the angle, the sources and the facts. It’s a first draft, so it still needs your eye.
4

Edit one passage

Select a paragraph and ask for a specific change. For example, make this clearer but keep the reservation tips. Then read it again in context.
5

Save it to Articles

Open the saved draft in Articles and check the edited passage. You can keep editing there or ask Sira beside the Article. Publishing is a separate action.

Expected result

The saved draft is in Articles and contains the edit you reviewed. Not every Article has an earlier Sira Conversation; you can start from the open Article. Publishing is a separate decision.

Open in Videntic

Sign in first. Then open your Project and go to Content Studio. Open your Articles and choose a draft to review.

If you get stuck

If a change does not appear, reopen the saved Article and check the passage. Follow Resume and update an Article for editing, publication states and escalation.

Choose and plan a content opportunity

Pick the topic before a draft starts.

Review publishing and track the live page

Publishing and the Published ledger are a later step.
