Goal: Turn a content opportunity into a planned topic, then into a draft only when the reader need is clear.Who it’s for: People choosing what to write before a draft starts.Video: About 44 seconds.
Before you start
Open Content Studio in the correct Project. Choose the opportunity or Article you want to work on. To publish directly, you need a connected publishing destination. The video uses an example Project. Opening the list does not generate or publish an Article.
Steps
1
Start from the reader need
Content Studio helps you turn an idea into an article you can publish. Start with what your reader actually needs.
2
Read Content gaps
Content gaps shows topics your site doesn’t cover well yet. Read the angle and the sources AI uses today. If a competitor shows up, look at why. Don’t just copy them.
3
Plan a topic for later
Want to save a topic for later? Use More actions to plan it. It stays in your queue without starting a draft.
4
Use the states
New, Planned, In progress and Published show where each topic is. Archive the ones that don’t fit so your list stays clean.
5
Write with Sira when you are ready
Pick a topic with a clear reader need. Click Write with Sira to start a draft. You’ll still review it before anything goes live.
Expected result
One opportunity with a clear reader need is Planned, or you have chosen Write with Sira. You still review the Article before it goes anywhere.Open in Videntic
Sign in first. Then open your Project and go to Content Studio. Review content opportunities.
If you get stuck
If the draft misses the brief, clarify the audience and sources before revising it. If publishing fails, check the connection and publishing result before retrying. See the detailed guide.Related playbooks
